Capacity-building services and assistance to multilateral projects

The International Centre for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI) offers interested organizations to send their proposals on organization of international projects in the field of exchange and access to environmental information. The project proposal format is available here. Proposals in English will be appreciated, however we can assist in providing translation from Russian into English.

ICSTI plans to develop a special bilingual data base, which will be accessable via the Internet. We will inform potential donors about your proposals on co-operation and in case of interest facilitate direct contacts between prospect partners, providing methodological and consultation services.
