The Ten3 logo is a registered service mark owned by Ten3 East-West. It was designed and copyrighted by an international team led by Victoria Kozlova in March 2001. The copyrights were transferred to Ten3 East-West in 2002. Ten3 East-West have exclusive rights to grant the permission to other organizations - members of the Ten3 network, their sponsors and Ten3 marketing partners - to place the Ten3 logo at their web sites and other promotional materials. Future plans: as the global Ten3 network evolves, it is planned to establish a Ten3 global association and make this logo a Ten3 collective mark owned by the association. |
