Promotion of technologies, technological solutions, promising technologies and science-intensive products

1. Implemented events and provided services:

1.1    Search for and attraction of potential partners for production of new products and mastering of new technologies, for provision of technological services, establishment of networks of industrial cooperation and joint ventures;

1.2    Innovation market research and consulting in the field of high technologies;

1.3    Information support, organizational support and consulting at all stages of the process of commercialization of technologies;

1.4    Presentation of new technologies and science-intensive products of Customer in a permanent exhibition in ICSTI, Russian and international exhibitions, salons and other events;

1.5    Expert evaluation and technical auditing of new technologies and science-intensive products;

1.6    Attraction of partners for placing R&D orders and establishment of communities (networks) for undertaking joint R&D work;

1.7    Assistance in adaptation of new technologies, products and services to the requirements of the local markets, identification of local demand for new technologies and technological services;

1.8    Organization of presentations and seminars for promotion and mastering of new technologies, products and services for a selected circle of potential clients and partners;

1.9    Translation of scientific-technical documentation to foreign and Russian languages.

2. Input data provided by Customer:

–  description of technologies or R&D results specifying technical characteristics and competitive advantages without disclosure of know-how;

–  illustrated materials (schemes, diagrams, photographs, drawings, etc.);

–  information and documents characterizing the legal aspects of new technologies or R&D results (rights of ownership, intellectual property rights, transfer rights, license agreements, etc.)

      Multifunctional Internet-portal “Business-Office for Innovation-Technological Structures”

“Business Office” incorporates three main interconnected sections providing services in “on line” mode:

§   Training-methodological section – “Business-coach”:

–  development of individual and corporative business competence of the participants in innovation and scientific-technical activity (ITA) by provision of the necessary knowledge and training in management of the modern business-processes in the innovative technology sphere;

–  promotion of understanding between the representatives of various national innovation and business systems formed in different historical conditions and often having conceptually different notions, terminology and regulating mechanisms in principally similar innovative technological processes.

§   Reference-information section “Business-Sphere of Russia” – information and data about the external environment of the Russian ITA subjects:

– state administration bodies;

– laws (taxation, protection of intellectual property, customs and export control, etc.);

– sources of financing (budget, private, venture);

– the existing procedure and terms of conducting of innovative-technological business (registration, certification, licensing, etc.);

– list of the organizations (with brief description of their scope of activities) involved in the ITA sphere (“Business-partners”).

§   Section “Business Proposals – Workspace for Business” – a system for provision of practical assistance to ITA participants in commercialization of technologies and organization of innovative-technological business, including:

– databases of technologies and science-intensive products classified by the degree of readiness of the ITA results for commercialization;

– R&D databases with real potential for a subsequent commercialization;

– system for processing requests, provision of services and search for business partnership along the whole range of problems emerging at different stages of commercialization – from R&D up to a commercially available products.
