The joint project of ICSTI headquarters and Dutch company SWETS is aimed to provide an access to the world electronic information resources for the organizations in field of science and innovative technologies from ICSTI member countries.
SWETS company (www.swets.com) is one of the world leaders in managing an access and electronic delivery of information from over 35000 publishers in all knowledge fields.

The Services provided:

The electronic document delivery system on SwetsWise platform (www.swetswise.com), with the following functions

• Article search through all publications, publishers and subject categories available in  SwetsWise  (27 000 publication titles, over  4 000  publishers)
• Provider selection from amongst offering the found articles
• Ordering, payment and delivery of articles in automatic mode within SwetsWise technology,  without users interaction
• Providing of scheduled statistical reports on found, ordered and received articles per  provider
